JAXX AG, founded on December 22, 1998, under the name FLUXX AG is a management holding company that exercises central functions such as Controlling, Personnel, Legal and Investor Relations on behalf of its subsidiaries. Business operations are in essence handled by ANYBET GmbH (Products & Services) and by JAXX GmbH and DSM Lottoservice GmbH (Consumer Sales).
